The residual oil content sensor OILCHECK measures the vaporous residual oil content in the compressed air. For stationary solution we offer you a combination with the chart recorder DS 400.
The residual oil content sensor OILCHECK measures the vaporous residual oil content in the compressed air. For a mobile solution we offer you a combination with the particle counter PC 400 and mobile chart recorder DS 500 mobile.
The highly precise optical particle counter PC 400 measures particles from a size of 0.1 µm and is therefore suitable for monitoring of the compressed air quality class 1 ISO 8573.

Leakages are the reason for the biggest waste of energy in compressed air systems. Several studies show that 30% of the cost of compressed air can be saved by eliminating leakages. Air flow meters and mass flow meters from CS Instruments work according to the calorimetric measuring principle. This means, while measuring the thermal mass flow or standard volume flow, no additional temperature and pressure compensation is necessary. The standard volume is a common volumetric unit used to compare gas quantities at different pressures and temperatures. In order to meet various standards, the reference conditions can be set directly on the display of the flow meter.
